Broken window.

I've got a 98 zj and my passengers window stopped working, I went to autozone and bought a new regulator thinking that was the problem ( when I use the switch you can hear a clickin the door but nothing works) so I assume the motor is still good, well the new regulator is in and it's still clicking not moving, what else could case his?

Broken wire to the motor. Bad ground. Frozen linkage. Bad switch. I would start by checking the voltage at the motor and back track from there.

Yeah, I'm going to just go out and buy a motor, if that doesn't work then just return it but the wires look good, so if its not the motor must be a switch, there's a clicking noise when I try to use it though not sure if that's a relay, I tried to see if the motor would spin just hooked up and it didnt spin and the click wasn't coming from the motor itself.

One and only thing you can do - go get a cheap multimeter and signal trace the wires to find out where the voltage dies out.

Just because the relay is clicking doesn't mean there's power available on the contacts.
