Broken Springs ?New Lift Springs @Shocks?

Recently posted a thread about a saging problem. Like suspected and sugested I have a spring issue. They are not broken yet but there are sings of wear on them. Figured that when I replace the springs I minus well replace the shocks also (springs and shocks stock with 150,000 on them). I want to swap them out with new lift springs and shocks but afraid of durability of some of the springs and shocks, have any of you repleaced your shocks and springs with lift springs and shocks and what seemed to work? (O I am looking for around 3.5 inches of lift)

If you are talking about the durability of the spring coil pads themselves? They are very strong and will stand up to newer springs. I sure hope so. Mine has them and I don't want the coil buckets to fail.
