Brief stall when I let off throttle?

Since I've acquired my "new to me" 96 zj 5.2l I've noticed a small drop in rpm on occasion when I let off the gas while driving. It sounds like it stalls for just a mere second and then catches back up to normal. This might happen mayb every 6 seconds I'm off the throttle (while driving). I can even hear it in the exhaust when it happens. Never stalls when accelerating or even at idle. I was thinking Iac clean or something asking that line. Any ideas?

Start with the IAC. Then check battery connections/grounds. Could also be a faulty TPS.
