Brake Lights wont turn off

My ZJ had been sitting for almost a year but I got it out and cranked it today. Fired up like a pro once it had a good battery in it. Anyway the brake lights will not turn off. I unhooked the battery to keep it from dying overnight. I assume there is a switch or something activated by the brake pedal that tells the lights to come on and go off. Anyone know where it is located or know of a quick fix? I did a search but came up empty.

Its a stop light switch and its located on the brake pedal. Shouldn't be too hard to find one you get twisted around to see it lol
