Blower Motor RESISTOR Voltage???

What should this be?
And how do I test it when it is OUT of the vehicle?

Are you missing fan speeds?

Use resistor Pin #3 as your reference, then measure resistance (in order) at Pin #2, Pin #4, Pin #1. Resistance values should increase each time. If there's an open, then the resistor is bad.

Yes, I am missing fan speeds.
When it works it is only very low air barely coming thru the vents. And on all of the settings even the hi setting.
My resistor is the smaller one with the triangle shape on one end with the big block resistor attached to the bottom. Kind of looks like a big white eraser. KoreaZJ. How do I figure out which pins are which to test it?

Bumping this because I only have one more day off to work on this.

Also how do I check the connectors under the dash for BOTH the blower motor and the resistor to make sure power is getting to them?
