Blend Door Replacement

Hi all.

I am repairing a few things on my ZJ (Niner) and ended up taking out the dashboard. I had a water leak behind the windshield and because of all the water the blend doors on the air box look very gross. The air box works fine and can be cleaned but where can I find new blend doors? They seem too gross to save and so far I haven't found a "kit" for the ZJ.

Thanks

Try Amazon, they have one listed, under blend door repair/replacement 98 ZJ, $90+ shipping. Might be what you're looking for.

Pretty much all the parts relating to the HVAC box are still available from Mopar. I bought a new blend door, a new mode door, various hinges/levers and two door motors.

Below is a real good write-up by coralman on rebuilding the HVAC box. He gets into the new doors with part numbers around post #20 for his 98.
