Those dents look to clean to be real. Id cruise the mall in it with tires that big.

did you tie the eor cage into the tube you used on the uniframe or did you just use the mounting plates? Just wondering if the cage stiffened up the ride or the cage tied into the unibody with tube did it.

The Cage sits on 8, 3/16" foot plates, that were bolted to another piece of 3/16" plate under the Jeep. The Plates inside the cabin were then welded down. The plates under the Jeep will get tube bent to the sleeved frame, but not yet. Suspension needed to go it first.

When I flopped my ZJ in Hollister I could still open and close my rear hatch while she was on her side, so the cage does stiffen up the unibody. Not to mention that it makes the ZJ feel like its a pickup truck.



Oh and I like the photochop, I wouldnt even know how to chop (since I dont even own photo software)

Ill make some more progress tomorrow !

Very little to update… had lots of other work to do first… Im not happy with the angles but it is what it is…

I did get some steering in but Im going to run heims on my drag link TREs wont cut it.
