do you have any picks of how and where you took out metal from the front, and what you did with that charcool condencer? mine is hanging down and the extra sheet metal that was covered by the bumper looks bad.

Really all I did was extend the hoses and laid it in front of my air filter.

Driver rear fender well skined with 18guage steel... everything is fully welded inside and out pretty much.

Passenger side...

Passenger from outside...

1/8" Aluminum Diamond Plate cut and welded to cover up fuel tank, and still leave some cargo area in from of the tank but under the aluminum.

Its not quite finished, I still need to weld tabs to the cage which I will bolt down the aluminum, it actually will still sit a little lower.

Clean fit up against the rear seats and around the cage. It will be nice to have a place to bolt down a tool box and Sub, etc etc etc.

wheww.

Fenderwalls and cargo area look good. I've been following your build ever since I got on JF btw.

Added some tie downs in the cargo area... 3 on each side and 2 in the middle...

Placement for Co2 and Tools...

This still leaves me with room for 2 coolers stacked, and gear in the middle. High Lift will be mount top rear of the Roll Cage using Trick Tabs.

The weather was soo nice I have to take it out to play a little...

That's about the sickest thing I've ever seen. If someone would have asked me I would say that nothing could drive through there. .

I didnt like where the Co2 was located, a rear passenger COULD hit their head on it and bring the suck... SO... I sank it...

I added these cool Stainless Steel clamps to the bottom of my tool box to keep it attached to the floor securly in the event of a roll over, not sure the name of them but my grandpa had them on his lunch box YEARS ago and I remembered them and found a reason to use them...

Looking under the diamond plate at fuel tank compartment/ tow-strap/clevis storage. The Co2 tank is bolted to the floor pan.

Mock up...

Looking back from inside.

Almost done.
