Ground Clearance




The rear needs to drop almost 1”, need to relocated the rear coil mounts about 3” toward the tail lights…



Still to extend rear axle…drive lines… bleed brakes, all steering, front track bar.

Is that with just a BB? Did you have to trim to fit the 42's? Did you need to install a SYE to run those tires?

wild lift...but I have to imagine that the unsprung weight will take its toll on the unibody. Looks like you tied the rails together with a crossover at the CA attachment points. Was anything else done to strengthen the unibody?

I'm curious if you noticed any change in the gaps at the doors when you had it up on the lift with the tires installed.

Nonetheless, it's a wild setup.

Wow! Although i think you found the point where the tires are to big for the rig. Why the tall skinny's, and not wider one's? What type of wheeling are you planning to do with it?

skinny ? Maybe is the pics... those are 15" wide, bud.
Now the H1 wheels are only 9"wide, makes it look thin... sorta...

uniframe is sleeved with 3/16" tube, and there is also an 8point cage inside. My ZJ has always rode like a pickup, once the cage was installed.

infact I flopped it last year, and while I was on my side I could still open/close the rear hatch !

Cage is the ticket !

Wheels are around 50lbs
Runflats/Double Bead locks are super light MAG, less than 2lbs...
Tires are 165lbs

Not a light combo...
