Bent Control Arm, what to expect, plus rattle sound

OK, so I bent my passenger side lower control arm the other day wheeling, I don't have any pics, but imagine the stock control arm "squeezed" together. I have yet to notice any driving issues, what could go wrong if I were to drive it like this for a 100 miles or so?

Second issue: there is a rattling sound coming from under my left foot while driving, hitting mild bumps, it has been doing that since I took ownership, I have replaced all CA bushings, to no relief. What is the possibility the sound is a failing CV?
Thanks,
Mike

Failing CV /joint or transfer case output bearings, check your case fluid to rule out running it dry. Post a pic of the control arm. Depending on the severity and upper or lower arm it will certainly have adverse effects

Working on pics, I recently swapped my t-case, so rules that out, any test I could do to check the CV?
