I saw that as well...I was thinking it's because the headlight was gone and the void made the appearence of it being mounted more towards that passenger side...that being said given the impact point, I wouldn't be suprised if it did shift that way.

I saw that the head light is missing but that was not a factor in my decision that it isn't mounted right look at where the center of the opening for the condensor is and then look to the left and the right it def does not look like its centered on the jeep

That bumper is junk unless you cut out the damaged side and completely refab it. $400 for a bent up ARB and "custom" roof rack sounds like an awful deal.

Want to swap an NP242 or NP231 into your ZJ? Here's how:

The purpose for this bumper is to have a place to mount a winch. Seller is going to install the bumper for me...should I talk him down? Do you think this will still serve that purpose? Sorry for all the ?'s...

I also wouldn't want some guy I just met installing parts on my Jeep. A professional shop is one thing but it's just my opinion that other people don't hold the same about of interest as if it were their own.

that roof rack looks terrible and that arb is in terrible shape. I got my arb bumper off craigslist for $300 and before that there were two others on craigslist in good condition for $500

first of all, pic is not taken from the center of the vehicle. you can clearly see more of the passenger inner fender in the pic than the driver inner fender. use some common sense ppl.

second that roof rack is not the greatest looking thing i've ever seen. the bumper is repairable with some time, hard work, and patience. but imo not worth $400 for both. personally i would try to get the bumper only for about $250. but the most important thing is that it's YOUR jeep, build it the way YOU want it.

(on a side note. i think i recall someone on JF sending a bent ARB back in for a new one. might be worth looking into)
