Belt Squeal 4.0

I installed a new belt in my WJ and it is sqealing intermittently. It will occur during idling, sometimes when accelarting, other times when engaging the AC and sometimes not at all.

Is this due to a loose belt? I had the belt changed at Goodyear when they did some additional work and they say the belt is automatically tensioned. Elsewhere in these forums, people say that you can manually increase the tension, and it should go away.

Is it due to the tension, or is it simply a cheap belt?

Thanks

Your water pump may be squealing or an idler.
