Bed liner

Looking to use some bed liner on my jeep wondering if anyone has done it and had better results with spray on (rattle can) or done better with brush on style??

Sadly enough quite a few areas mostly under the plastics bumpers side skirts and wheelwells

Thanks I think I am going to try that herculiner roll on does anyone know or have any tips on prep work for under the bumper covers? And rockers?
