It didn't break anything, but there was so much spring tension. I think if it had fallen me, I'd be in recovery right now.
So, I guess the moral or the story is: if you use that tool it will be easier, but stay clear when it comes apart, and bring a change of shorts.
There's never time to do it right, but there's always time to do it over.
I still need more examples of modified Jeeps. Any kinds, any degree of modification. I just need your permission to use them. Please send me PM's with permission and pictures, so I can put them in the University database as examples of Jeep folk art.
