Bad transmission

My 97 zj tranny is going out. I have a 95 junker zj. Can i use the tranny out of that?

I think so. Im not sure if there's a difference between the trans in an OBD1 ZJ vs OBD2

Nope. 94 has a hydraulic tranny and 97 has a electronic.
