Aw4 slow to move in gear

Hello everyone,
I have a 93 zj with the aw4. It had been sitting for about 2-3 years. Got it fired up, dropped it into reverse and had to rev up around 2-2 1/2rpms before it would start to roll. Same when put into forward. It will roll once it gets moving. It seems to be sluggish about moving, any suggestions?

First and probably most important is to check your fluid level.
