Well that certainly sux, glad I did mine back in April. Does suck for brandon (DS4x4) though, he just bought my extra open carrier. I guess like was mentioned you could weld it, but everytime you turned a corner you would bark the tires. Then again, I do that anyway on purpose with the Aussie
If I really wanted one, I'd let them know in that thread, toward the end they were talking about a group buy possibility to get them to make it again.

Just throw a 14FF in the rear and call it good.
That's what I'm doing, oh wait, I don't drive a Jeep anymore. It does suck though, had a buddy who was about to order one for the D44a he just picked up. Guess he'll have to find someone else who needs it. I have driven a fully spooled rear (feels just like one that's welded) it's hell on an axle, unless it's super strong, (like my 14FF).
