Anyone ever try retrofitting a ZJ safari snorkel to a WJ?

well like it says. since a WJ snorkel seems like a never ending waiting game. anyone ever attempt using a Zj snorkel on a WJ? if so pics and explantions please. thank you

i dont know about a zj, but i think there was somebody that used a nissan snorkel that came out ok.

EDIT: searched around a bit and found it

Yep just google search for it. They used a nissan xterra one.

idk man, i dont think i like it, it looks too long...
i wish they just made the WJ one already i would love to have a snorkel

Yeah but that's where the airbox is. Any snorkel made specifically for the WJ is gonna be very similar looking.

overall, i dont like the jeep. it needs more lift to pull off that bumper and snorkell. just sayin

Yeah but with the 4.7 at least, I don't think you can move the airbox farther back. And that's where you need to put the filter isn't it? There's not much extra room in there to relocate the filter.
