anyone delt with Wheel offsets?

I would like my wheels to stick out past the body line a bit and i wanted to know if anyone knew what offset, or a nice, inexpensive, set of wheels that would give me the offset to stick out a bit... I dont want to use spacers.

cragars rims have 3.75 - 4" bs, and procomp rims have 4" bs. your factory rims have 6" bs, I believe.

Stock ZJ wheels have 5.25" of backspacing.

Mine are 4" BS and they make the tires stick out just a small little bit. Perfect in my opinion.

I'm running 4.5" backspacing with 31's stick out a little and don't rub at on ca's or anything else.

Forget the term "OFFSET", you don't care about that, all you need to pay attention to is BACKSPACE

I went with 4.5" BS which makes my rim stick out 3/4" farther plus the rim is 1" wider which gives me a total of 1 3/4" out farther than stock. That also makes the stance of the jeep 3 1/2" wider overall.

If your buying rims, just get the right ones and then you won't need spacers.

Ive got spacers but its only because I only paid 500 for a set of almost new Goodyear MTRs and rims. I had to get spacers just to convert the bolt patern to make them fit. Spacers arent necesarily bad as long as you keep them resonable.
