Any tips for overall longevity?

Hey everyone,
Well I have a 96 Grand Cherokee 4.0 with 200,000 miles on it and I hope to keep it for awhile. It still runs strong and I keep good oil in it and use Mobil 1 filters. I am just looking for any tips on preventative maintenance I can do to keep it in tip-top shape as I don't have 30K to plunk down on a new one. Thanks,

Mark

Dont lift it six inches
Dont wheel it like you stole it
Dont jump it
Dont stop doing what you already are doing
