Any Problems W/ I6 98 Grand Cherokee Transmission?

has anyone had any problems w/ the 98 grand cherokee laredo transmission b/c i heard that it's only the jeeps that are years like 93-97 so im just wondering if anyone has had any problems w/ their 98 jeeps and if you have around what milage did the transmission start slipping?

Mine started to slip when I had 72K miles

first off.....where are ya in Bama

secondly....i have known more than a few peoples who's 42re crapped out on them at what i would call an early life span. but...my 93 came with the 42re(damn i wished it was a AW4) and it went out this past semester before finals with a little under 211,000 on the clock and i know it was the factory trans....so i guess all i can tell you is its a crap shoot. but general consensus is that its not the best transmission under the deck
