Isn't the trans vent under the Jeep, with the trans?

I mean I see u going in deep stuff did u relocate trans vent to avoid water in it

That pic actually isnt mine, I dont usually ford anything past my doors (got a nice stereo system an dont wanna short it) I just relocated it so that I wont have to worry about the intake being quite so low.

i thought about and weighed my options... i chose to build a snorkel...
4.7 stroker, the inlet for the crank breather and this is before i did the trans/tcase breather, and the diff tube also now has a check valve on it


then it just runs up the a pillar

You NEED to relocate the trans vent
It's behind the torque converter
I plugged mine and added a vent behind the bell housing

Hey, sorry to resurrect a semi-dead thread, did you put that hole in there with the trans disassembled? (just curious where the metal shavings went) Always wanted to water proof things, but *that* was one I didn't even think of...
