i put my zj on the road this weekend for the first time in 6 months and noticed that to get the jeep to go straight that the wheel had to be cut to the right like an 1/8-1/4 turn. how do i fix this

did you checked the air pressure in the tires ?

If that's not it, it could be flat spots on the tires if it wasn't doing it before.

It could be a brake dragging just a bit from sitting up.

Was it fine before ?

If it's not pulling to the side and the wheel is just off-center... adjust the drag link to center the wheel.

If any front end components are badly worn, replace those first.

If it pulls to the side, might need an alignment.
