alignment after 4 wheeling always off

hey guys I have a 95 zj that has 6 inchs of lift sitting on iron rock long arms. I have a heavy duty tierod along with a bunch of other stuff( If you would like to know let me know). My question is after every pretty good 4 wheeling trip my jeep is all out of alignment the caster always stays close but the toe is always way off. I am by no means abusive, but i also dont baby it. Is this normal? Couple of jeep guys have told me yes it is. Would a 1 ton steering upgrade help hold the toe better? Any advice would be aswesome!
