Air in the cooling system

How does it get there? I just had radiator, water pump and thermostsat replaced. For the first few hours the bubbling noise that had previously been going on behind the dash disappeared, but now its returned already. Whats up with that?

You probably still have air in the system.
The bubling will be present when the water boils.
If you can get the Heep on an incline so that the radiator cap is the highest poin in the system, and keep refilling so that all the bubbles scape, or most of them. You need to get the engine to operating temperature so that the t-stat opens and water circulates around the whole system. Run the heater too.
Top the coolant reservoir, and you should be good to go.
