I was thinking that while I worked at the Jeep steralership we had a lot come into us saying they had no Blower Fan .. If I'm remembering the correct vehicle. It was as a couple of you have hinted at . Either a crispy fan connector or the Resistor under the dash .. People usually ''kids'' not having lots of experience will put their feet on the blower box and push them selves back into the seat . Well their no.9 foot will be on top of the resistor an Break it sometimes it'll cut back on & off. It just has 2 screws an 2 plug ins. to change it.
... I'm thinking you still may be just a tad short on freon in your system yet.

Damn. My AC just went out too. Blowing nothing but hot. I have yet to go through the troubleshooting listed here but for years I've had the HVAC display "Er" once in a while. For the past couple years the AC would occasionaly blow hot air for 10 seconds or so before returning to cold. Anyone know what causes those odd issues?

Thanks! I'm a EE, and I actually like tracking down mysterious electrical gremlins ... it is sort of like a Sudoku addiction.
