Actual hub to fender measurements with 4.5" lift?

Whats your hub to fender lenght with a 4.5" lift? What springs did you use?


ZJ 98 5.2 LIMITED De-Badged

4.5" Lift: RE 4.5" springs,Iro rear 3.5 springs+1" spacer, RE shocks, All adjustable arms, IRO front track bar and HD bracket, Rear jks track bar, 1-Ton Steering, 242 tc, 33x12.5x15 GoodYear wrangler silent tires, 15" rock crawler rims, Aussie Locker For My 44A, 760X u-joint front axles.

Soon to come Lock Right Front Locker.

Nobody's gotten out to measure probably...keep your panties on. I'll see if I can do a measurement today.

My understanding is that stock measurement is 18" all around. I'm right at 22" on all four corners.

Mine was 18", non UC 5.2l limited. Now I'm at 22.75" f , 23" r.

New one-2000 XJ sport- Now has 3.5" lift, Hp 30/8.25 w/4.10's, V8 Zj steering
Totaled 3/18/10-'99 Black 2 door XJ DD, 3.5+" bastard lift.
SOLD-'98 TJ 4 banger 5 speed, 4.88's, Hp 30 ARB'd, S35 w/Detroit and truss, RK LA's, Kilby skids and LOTS of other junk. Should have kept it!
Traded for my XJ - '98 ZJ was pretty and built at one time- Hp30, 8.8 and 5" lift and other stuff.

Sorry, i'm trying to figure out why my lift is so high in the front with my 4.5" re springs.

RE springs net more lift than they advertise, it is not unusual to get 5.5" from the 4.5" springs.

well that makes sense then cause im at 23.5 with the 3.5" RE springs.

98 zj ltd. 5.2L 3.5" RE Springs, Pro Comp ES 9000 Shocks, RE extd. Brake lines, KOR TB Conv. JKS Adj. rear TB, JCR 1 Ton Steering Upgrade, 2.5" exhaust to 70 series Flowmaster, K&N intake, Manik F & R bumpers, Indiglo gauges, Home made rack, a never ending string of new replacement parts lol- Bearings, bushings, Hubs, Axles, Steering box, Engine mounts, water pump, and on and on

Nick at Kolak once told me it was 18", which I had heard from others as well.

Only if you have the 4.0. The V8 will weigh them down in the front by .5" to 1".

Mine was 18"F / 19"R stock.

'11 WK2 Limited 5.7
Looking for a WK2 full size spare tire and 18" rims
