acc power kill switch?

does anyone know how to make the cigarette lighter power run while the truck is off, i've had other trucks that the acc. power would be on even if the truck was off.

Just cut the wire and run the cig lighters power to the red or red/white stripe under the dash with a fuse on the wire.
