AC/Heater blower not blowing

Hey guys,

A few months ago my AC stopped working pretty suddenly. Pulled out of a parking lot while it was at full blast, then nothing. No heater, AC, or defrost. Temps were getting down to bearable in TX so I didn't think about taking care of it. Now that we've had a couple 40 degree mornings it has become more of an issue.

I took my multimeter to the blower connector, and initially found 3.4v. Just for the hell of it I pulled the heater/seat warmer fuse and found it to be good. So I went back and tested the same connector and didn't find any voltage. I pried back the wires a bit on the other side of the connector and still didn't find any voltage.

Anybody think of what might be the issue? I saw some posts on a blower resistor being bad, but those posts were for older Jeeps like Comanche's, etc.

Thanks!

BTW, it's a 99 Limited

Theres a pack under the glove compartment...give that a wiggle and look for any melted or messed up wires.

I'll try that tonight. Last year sometime I noticed a horrible sound coming from the blower. Somehow one of the fins broke off, causing it to become unbalanced and scrape against the housing. So I dremel'd another fin off directly opposite the broken one. Not a problem till now. Don't think it would be related though.
