AC Evap Box cloged

The evaporator box drain is clogged on my 94 GC. I heard that there is a procedure to drain/clean the box without opening it. Does anyone know how to do this? What are some good idle pressueres for these systems on a 80 degree day?
Thank You
Salvatore
