ABS light on?

My ABS light is on and I can't figure it out. I have tried wheel sensors and ran a computer test on it. MY machanic told me I needed a new brake pedal sensor. What the hell is that? No part store that I have called knows what it is. Got any leads or other ideas how to get rid of this light? ITs for a 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo V8 5.2 litre, Thanks Ryan

I don't have my Haynes manual in front of me or I'd look up the part. I can take a look for it tonight and do my best to get back with you.

Could he have been referring to the brake light switch? Your brake lights are functioning properly, right ?

I don't know of any sensor with reference to the pedal.
