I saw this earlier in the week, but the link seems to have expired since then, which gear did they have listed?

Yeah it seems to be gone now. Mine is supposed to have arrived today.

It was the 'Road Series' 14:1 ratio.

I think the PN is SG654-14-210, or at least that is what's on my receipt.

Looks like they still have it, but probably not at the sale price! (and it's listed as being for a XJ/YJ/TJ not the ZJ)

Still works for the ZJ. I would call and ask.

The 14:1 steering ratio will work in the ZJ,s but you will be working the steering a bit more, of course this will ease the steering a bit with larger tires. The ZJ came with 12.7:1 ratio steering boxes, just a worm shaft and rack piston nut change away from a different ratio!!

Just got the PSC. This thing is a beast. It does indeed have 4 ears on it to bolt to the frame. I wish they sent me some swag.

Does the 4 mounting ears mean it's a large bore gear like the Durango?

Sucks the price went back up $125 or so.. when i saw the 300 price i assumed that was regular priced and didnt realize it was a sale price. I may have bought..

Polka is it a 3 or 3.5 turn box?

Uh well the measurements are 12"L x 7-8" tall including the shaft. I just roughly measured the stock gear and it looks like it's in the same ball park.

It's still around. For now I have to keep it real with Stephen Seagal shredding.

Na. I doubt the paint will make a difference. What's the number on the sticker?

I would not recommend the Red Head. I am growing increasingly irritated with the sloppiness in the box. Cough up the extra dough and buy the PSC. I am going to replace mine with the PSC later this summer, if I can return my Red Head...
