9er suspension and steering replacement...need advice

Hey guys...I am thinking of replacing the steering and suspension parts on my 9er...any advice to help me out? She's got 140,000 miles on her.
I already did the shocks...so am looking to replace the worn out parts on the front and rear. Should I just go stock on the front steering parts, and should I upgrade to polyurethane bushings throughout? Or just stay with rubber replacements? Is there a good kit out there? How hard is the work to replace everything?
The 9er doesn't see a lot of offroad conditions.
Thanks for the help.
