99 WJ Bumper removal Q?

Does anyone know how to get the rear bumper off this darn thing? Is there a write up Available? Thanks!

Inside the rear of the rear of the wheel well, and towards the corner of the front of the bumper you'll notice a nut holding the bumper in. (Both wheels)

Also, several pins holding the bumper underneath the foam weatherstripping between bumper and bottom of hatch.

Then just pull.

I am wanting to replace the bumper. Do I just take whats on the old one and put on the new? Like the foam and stuff?

Depends on what the new bumper is. If you got some kind of aftermarket bumper then no. If you are replacing the factory bumper then yes.
