Total weight of the trailer will be around 3500 lbs, so I hope I'll be OK.

And by the way the engine doesn't feel as powerful as I imagined it would, so trying to keep up with traffic with 3500 lbs could be a challenge in itself. Even my 2011 2L diesel estate seems to have a lot more pulling power...

I would honestly get a auxillery cooler for the transmission before you start towing.. Wouldnt tow without one..

The Inline 6 isnt a quick engine, but its reliable and torqy 225-230 ft lbs of low rpm torque. The nickname for the engine is 4.slow instead of 4.0. When towing you dont have to keep up with traffic, it isnt a race. Never go over 55mph towing anyway, and turn overdrive off.

if you have a factory hitch, you probably already have the aux. tranny cooler ...

How do I know if I have the aux. tranny cooler? Where is it, and what does it look like?

standing infront of my Jeep, looking threw the 8 holes in my grill, starting from the right side, mine is behind the third hole and some of it can be seen in the 2nd and 4th hole too ...

it kind of looks like a miniture radiator ...

98s with tow package dont have an aux trans cooler. look on summit for one. i got a flex-a-lite for 35 shipped. not a bad invetment
