Do it once and do it right. Don't cheap out and cut corners. You'll spend twice as much and be unhappy if you take the cheap road.

I'm a fan of rustys off road. Great products bada** prices. The front ds conversion was less than 200 if I remember correctly. There lifts are packed with a couple extra goodies too for a inexpensive price. Rustysoffload.com I just got rid of my cv shaft and love it.

No thanks I will never buy from him again. I had a really bad experience the first time I did business with him. No better way to ensure that I do not return.

I bought a track bar from him that separated while I was driving making it almost impossible to steer. When I got it the threads were messed up so I sent it back. Instead of giving me a new bar they just re tapped it. That was my one and only experience buying something from him.

Other stuff from him is supposedly good. I hear good things about the coils.

I know I don't have a complaint on the front ds. It's beefy

Okay, so, I'm ordering the lift shortly, but, I'm curious to as if my axles will be shifted a different way, and if my tire will actually be centered in my wheel well? How to fix that? Thx -

Talk to Kolak (vendor here on JF), and give him your budget. He is a dealer for both IRO and Bilsteins, so can give you a decent deal, answer any concerns/questions you may have regarding the set up you go with. Your rear axle will not be centered unless you pick up a rear adjustable track bar.

So it's been a little over a year since this post was started, but I wanted to get an idea of whether or not RC has done anything to better their products (ie: bushings and springs mainly). As a producer of a product with this many iffy reviews, I would think they would address them somehow. Any new words?

And I know these all lead to IRO or RE suggestions, but I'm just curious about RC quality changes for the time being. Thanks everyone!

The consensus I got from all the reviews on here is that the RC long arm lift is good quality while the short arm lifts are of much less quality.

In other words, if you are getting their short arm lift, get the IRO lift instead.
