98 Headlight removal

My moms 98 Grand Cherokee had the passenger side headlight out. I picked up a new one only to find the ring the light mounts to is broken. How does the headlight light mount to the header panel? I want to make a quick stop by the salvage yard and grab a replacent for her. What years will interchange with the 98?

Thanks

I think any ZJ light will work, but i'm not positive on that one. As far as removal I think you just pull outward.....HARD!

all should interchange, and yes, just pull them out, and expect to break a clip or 2.

Thanks. I guess I will try to pull a few from the yard and hope one of them comes out unbroken.
