98 grand cherokee shifting problem

I've posted about this before never really got this fixed but i'm starting to lose mpg pretty bad. it has about 25k since rebuilt and i took it back to the shop but they said nothing was wrong but it rides 1st and 2nd pretty long and jerks it really hard to the next gear so my link is below tell me what u think

You shouldn't be losing mileage from holding first and second gear. 95% of your time on the road is in high gear.

Nice vid. I'd look at the shift bands first. Then the TV cable.

It's holding 1st for about 1000rpm too long. Then 2nd for about 750rpm too long.

Don't fear the regear.

Finished 4x2 --> 4x4 conversion.
