98 GC ZJ, tranny slips when goin into 2nd

im new here, i have a 98 Limited 5.2, when i drive like 1/4 throttle it will shift fine, but when i really get on it from a stop it will shudder and than slip goin into 2nd, but 3 and 4 shifts fine, i already changed the fluid and filter to see if that anything but no difference, im thinking maybe band adjustment but i have idea how to or where to, so any ideas?
