98 5.9 ZJ Ticking/Clicking Noise

I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 Limited with about 218,000 miles on it. Makes a loud clicking noise during first 10 min while driving it cold then goes away when warms up. It doesnt make the noise when in park or neutral tho. Clicking/ticking noise goes faster as rpm raises. NEED YOUR HELP DIAGNOSING THIS! Its a nice day out to fix this problem on my jeep for good!

Take a long screwdriver and hold it to the timing chain cover and hold the other end against your ear and see if you can isolate the noise. You could be hearing the timing chain flopping against the cover especially if it hasn't been changed in 200K + miles.
