98 5.9 Auto A/C comes on without key in ignition

First,yes I searched for the answer,but couldn't find anything.

Problem,I bought my niner without the climate control box in the dash,(it was a repo,so the people ripped it plus the sound system out of it before it was repo'ed)I bought one the other day and wired it up,(yes they cut the wires!)
plugged in the harness and it automatically came on without the key in the ignition. My buddy told my that maybe I wired up a continuous hot wire.Any clues? Also, when I start the Jeep,it stops blowing.Any clues??

BTW,I bought the ones used from 96-98
