97 ZJ Infinity Amp question (not the usual)

Not looking to bypass, remove, etc. I've seen enough threads about that :P

What I'd like to do, is tap into the remote wire that turns on the stock infinity amp, to use that to also turn on my sub's amp.

So, my question is, Does anyone know what color the wire is AT THE AMP that is the remote wire?

Thx

Umm, Don't think that's right at all. When I installed my new headunit the other day, there were no solid white wires, and I just attached the typical "Blue" power antenna wire as usual to the blue on my new harness, and all powered up fine, No amp power issues, So it's definitely not white at the radio. And there's no solid blue at the amp either, so somewhere along the line, it changes color.

Thanks for your help though, the obvious thing for me to do would be to break out a 12 volt tester, but mine's actually broke at the moment though lol. So if anyone happens to know this, your help would be greatly appreciated.

Now that I think about it, I printed the info on the link, brought it out to my jeep, and in the end ended up using my test light when putting in my aftermarket amp. I would run out and look but it really doesn't matter because I used a new amp. Anyway, it takes like a minute with a test light if you have one.

Problem solved, It ended up being a green with a red stripe. Got my new amp up and running, pleased with it.

Thx for your help.

I hate to dig up an old thread. But can u/someone tell more precisely which/where the wire is. I'm looking to tap it as well for my amp for the sound bar in installing.
