Ok, so I am still confused by this discovery. I have not yet been able to spin the crank as I have not been able to get over and work on it for and will probably be able to get there tomorrow or the day after in the evening. When I spin the crank I would expect to see the valves working in unison on the proper cycle of the cam. After TDC I bvelieve the exaughst valve should be operating if i spin it another 360. After verifying that I will continue to spin it anolther 360 to reset the intake compression stoke.
Let me know of any other ideas if you think of them.
