'97 Suspension Problem

Newbie here...'97 Grand Cherokee. Found out camber is out by -2.0 on right front tire. Have talked to a couple places and have been told that probably have to replce the whole housing. Two questions. 1. Cost for this? 2. Could it be something else?

Find an alignment shop that will bend it straight. A good frame shop should be be able to put it on their machine and tweak it some. Are you eating tires or pulling to that side? Or did you just take it in for an alignment? If all else fails, a used assembly is about $500. If you need one, let me know. I have several. Hope this helps, Hamy.

It's me again. I just happened to run across this article in 4wheel drive & sport utility mag this month. It mentions exactly what you are talking about. A company makes offset ball joints for correcting camber problems. They are Specialty Products Company, their # is 800-525-6505. Hope it helps, Hamy.
