Yeah I hear yah! That time is a little hard to believe! But it's possible. I haven't seen a test of the Overland edition GC yet, but it would be close. I am talkin stock for stock here too...no mods. The 5.9 limited was the fastest SUV in the world when it was first produced. Then with the introduction of the benz ml 55 and BMW X5 all souped up, It lost it's belt. Still (technically) the fastest Jeep ever produced!

Thanks for the dibs, I just got back into town yesterday and thought I would check the board.

Just so you all understand, When I took it to test and tune night at the track, just to get my best possible time and for bragging rights over my bud with an eclipse, I pulled out the seats, spare tire, and anything else I could think of that was easily removable. When I got to the track I also syphoned off about as much gas as possible to get down the track and back, then I added half a bottle of 104 octane booster, hell I even pulled a "ricer" trick and took out the headlight on the driver's side so I could get more forced air in...It felt funny even riding in it, but I did get major respect from the 4 banger boys that night, there were a many humiliated fella's after being beat by a "sleeper" JEEP!

I'm not gonna BS ya, I couldn't run that everytime nor would I try. Once was enough to take the respect I deserved from my "ricer" eclipse buddy, especially when he ran it in 14.2.
