94 JGC, where is the blower motor relay, and where's the blower motor ground wire go?

where is the blower motor relay on a 94 grand cherokee w/ a v8? and where do the two wires (12v & ground) go after they leave the blower motor itslef? they go up into the dash somewhere and i dont really want to take apart the entire dash. mainly, i need to know where the ground wire goes, and where it's actually grounded.
