94 grand cherokee laredo power lock problem

so my power locks don't always work and they definentally dont work with the power off, and rarely with the power on they seem to like to work great when im driving ohh say down the highway but other than that i dont know whats up maybe a short?
any info would be great

So this I assume is from the door panel switch?

Do you have the keyless entry?

Open the drivers door and peel the wiring boot back. Look there for cracked or broken wires. Common problem.
