94 GC rear wiper motor

How bad is it to change? Mine is getting really slow and stalling as it moves sometimes. I figure the motor is going. Is it accessable inder the interior trim panel or is it hidden behind more metal behind that trim?

I think just about every ZJ has a rear wiper motor problem of some kind. I had a 94ZJ and the wiper did not even touch the glass, and if it did the motor was not powerfull enough to move the wiper. I just lived with it.
