93 ZJ Limited security problems. did a search already.

My 93 ZJ Limited 4.0 has been sitting for about 7 months now. The Jeep doesnt have doors, but that never caused a problem before i parked it. I got it fixed yesterday and have been driving it around. I was never able to disable the security system like I always did by grounding the wire, for some reason it wouldnt turn the security system off. It was blinking the lights on and off, but the jeep would still run and drive. Now the security light stays on but my instrument cluster wont light up any more. the only lights i have are headlights. my tail lights stopped working when the security light started staying on. I need help bad because i cant drive it with my lights not working.
