93 ZJ limited Brake problem

the ZJ brakes seem like they dont want to grab i have bleed the brakes several times and i have replaced the perportioning valve can anybody help me??

Have you checked the pads and shoes? Have you checked to see if your brake fluid is low? I see you are in Mount Olive too, let me know and I could drop by and take a look.

no the brakes and shoes are all brand new and the fluid i just toped off nething else that you might know of
